Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will remain from 2 to 4 degrees below average as the country is affected by a superficial high air pressure accompanied by northwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Saturday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with some clouds, and frost is expected over the mountains and in some of the inland areas.
The wind will be northeasterly with a low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 16/1, Daraa 17/3, Homs 17/0, Lattakia 21/8, Aleppo 16/1 and Deir Ezzor 18/1.
