Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad on Wednesday issued law No. 38 for 2021 that regulates the secondary technical education to provide the work market with cadres from different professions, secure training for students within a genuine work environment through establishing training centers and workshops related to the technical secondary degree.
The step aims to raise the level of graduates, whether in the educational or practical way, to support the production process and achieve the sustainable development.
