Damascus, SANA- 1402 students from the first year of secondary school from different governorates participated in the tests of the second phase of the Syrian Scientific Olympiad 2020-2021 in the specializations of “Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Informatics and Biology.”
The tests that were set up by Distinction and creativity agency at the same time and over a period of two and a half hours in the various governorates included all students qualifying from the first-phase tests, where question samples were developed from the central scientific committees in the administration of the Syrian Scientific Olympiad, and the answer sheets would be corrected in an automated and central manner.
Those who succeed with the results of these tests will qualify for the third and final stage tests that are scheduled to be held during the school mid break in one examination center to be determined.
6235 students from the first year of secondary school from different governorates participated in the tests of the first phase of the Syrian Scientific Olympiad competitions over two rounds, on the twenty-fourth and thirty-first of last October.
