Damascus, SANA-Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Abdul Moneim Abdul Hafez discussed with President of the Turkish Affairs Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) Abdullah Eren and the accompanying delegation joint scientific cooperation.
The meeting, held in the ministry building, addressed the areas of scientific cooperation and student exchange, in addition to providing scholarships to Syrian students in various specializations.
In a related context, Chairman of the Damascus University Business Committee, Dr. Ziad Abboud, met Abdullah Eren and discussed the prospects of joint scientific and academic cooperation between the university and Turkish universities and the provision of scholarships for Damascus University students in the first undergraduate stage, postgraduate studies, and in various specializations.
