Damascus, SANA- President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Mr. Ahmad al-Sharaa received on Tuesday a cable of congratulation from prime minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Mohammad Hasan Akhund.
Mr. Akhund congratulated Mr. Al-Sharaa on assuming presidency of the Republic, hoping the President would have success in overcoming challenges and achieving the aspirations of the Syrian people.
The Prime Minster also hoped the brotherly relations between Syria and Afghanistan would flourish and boost in the interests and prosperity of the two peoples.
