Social Affairs discusses boosting cooperation with Turkish Workers’ Union

Damascus, SANA-Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Fadi al-Qassem discussed with head of the Turkish Workers’ Union, Muhammad Arslan, ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting, the two sides noted the close relations between the two countries and the pioneering experience adopted by Turkey in the field of promoting the labor sector, as the possibility of benefiting from this experience and applying it in Syria was discussed within the framework of boosting the labor movement and achieving joint economic and social development.

The two sides also discussed enhancing international cooperation in the field of labor, opening new horizons for exchanging expertise, and developing labor policies to serve the interests of both countries.
