Homs Governor visits families displaced from al-Zara village

Homs, SANA – Homs Governor Talal al-Barazi visited a number of families displaced from al-Zara village who are residing in Martyr Haitham Bittar center in Homs city in order to find out what they need and help improve their living conditions.

The Governor met with the people staying at the center and presented gifts to their children, and afterwards he visited a number of injured army personnel.

In a statement after the visit, al-Barazi said that his visit aims at finding out what the people need and evaluate the work of the committees who supervise work at the center, calling on all official, civil, and local sides to exert extra efforts to help locals, displaced people, and families of martyrs and injured people.

Martyr Haitham Bittar center houses 30 families consisting of 122 people from al-Zara village, a village where terrorists committed a horrifying massacre against locals and displaced thousands of them.
