Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will remain from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya “desert” areas and local rain showers are expected in the northwestern and coastal areas at night.
The wind will be southwesterly with a light to moderate speed and the sea waves will be medium in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will drop, yet they will remain slightly above average and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and local rain showers are expected in the northwestern, coastal and al-Jazeera areas and the western wind will become active sometimes.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 36/18, Daraa 31/15, Homs 33/19, Lattakia 31/22, Aleppo 35/21 and Deir Ezzor 37/24.
