Damascus, SANA – The temperatures rise gradually but remain 3 to 5 degrees below average as the country is affected by low air pressure accompanied with western air currents in all layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Saturday bulletin that the skies be clear to partly cloudy in general, warning of the formation of fog during the early hours of the day in some inland areas.
The winds will be changeable of light speed, and the sea waves will be of low height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 22/10, Aleppo 21/11, Hama 24/12, Homs 23/12 and Lattakia 27/16.
