Two primary schools put into service in Daraa countryside

Daraa, SANA- The Directorate of Education in Daraa province has put Inkhil 14 and Sheikh Miskin Tenth Basic Education schools into service, with a capacity of 500 students each.

Head of the school buildings department in the Directorate, Eng. Rady Alwana, told SANA reporter that the directorate, in cooperation with the International First Aid Organization, completed on Tuesday the restoration works of the two schools..

Alwana pointed out that 311 schools have been entered into service since the beginning of the current academic year, as about 100,000 students have benefited from them.

He pointed out that the restoration work was concentrated in the schools of Daraa al-Balad and the towns of Lajat, Atman, Busr al-Harir and the northwestern countryside of the province, which contributed to the return of thousands of students.

He hailed the participation of members of the local community in Daraa province and their cooperation in rehabilitating of 18 school under the supervision of the Educational Department.
