Damascus, SANA- Syria and Russia discussed enhancing cooperation in the educational field and exchanging expertise in the field of training teachers and developing the skills of the students in the robotics and artificial intelligence.
This came during a meeting held in Damascus on Wednesday between Education Minister, Dr. Darem Tabbaa and Director of International Relations at the Russian State University of Maykop, Dr. Fatima Fabova.
Minister Tabaa affirmed the Syrian side’s care for strengthening scientific cooperation between the two countries and supporting all efforts aiming at promoting the level of students, either in the field of learning Russian language or robotics training, in addition to studying aspects of cooperation in the field of excellence and creativity and exchanging student visits in this regard.
In turn, Dr. Fabova briefed the Syrian side in the reality of the Russian State University of Maykop.
She expressed her University’s keenness to support outstanding students and getting acquainted with the Syrian experience in this regard.
