Damascus, SANA – Temperatures are expected to drop lower than the average for this time of the year with 4 to 7 degrees, as the country is being affected with an area of low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere. Rain is expected to fall over most areas across the country.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the weather will be rainy and rain mixed with snow is expected to continue, while snow is expected to fall over the areas whose highest exceeds 1000 meters.
On Friday, a slight rise is expected on temperatures, but they will continue to be lower than the average with 3 to 5 degrees as the area of low pressure will continue to affect the country till Saturday.
