Beirut, SANA – Deputy Foreign and Expatriates Minister Fayssal Mikdad emphasized that Syria will not yield to pressures, reiterating that Syria will not offer any political concessions.
He expressed, in an article published at the Lebanese al-Binaa newspaper on Saturday, Syria’s determination to continue its struggle in defending its honor, dignity, sovereignty and independence whatever the sacrifices would be.
“After the failure of the west and its tools in the region to force Syria to kneel, the US and its allies are practicing immoral means to put pressures on Syria through training more killers and terrorists in Turkey and Saudi Arabia with the aim of weakening the Syrian Arab Army.
“Independence, sovereignty, dignity, self-determination, territorial integrity and unity of the Syrian people are the values which can’t be abandoned, but deserve to be sacrificed to maintain them” Mikdad concluded.
