Cuba reaffirms that dialogue is the only solution to the crisis in Syria

New York, SANA- Cuba reaffirmed that dialogue is the only solution to the crisis in Syria and the Syrians are the only ones who determine the future of their country.

In an open debate in the United Nations on the situation in the Middle East on Wednesday, the Deputy Permanent Representative of Cuba to the United Nations, Ambassador Ana Silvia Rodriguez said “The only applicable solution to the crisis in Syria is the dialogue without preconditions”, pointing out that ” ending the crisis will not be possible except through respecting the Syrian people rights to determine their future without foreign intervention”.

She stressed the importance of collaborating efforts to fight the terrorist organizations that threaten life in Syria, shouldering the terrorist organizations’ sponsors the responsibility of killing thousands of civilians.
