Tartous Governor: Efforts to help the displaced citizens return home

Tartous, SANA- Tartous Governor Safwan Abu Sa’adi said on Thursday that efforts are exerted to help the displaced people return home to areas where the Syrian Arab Army restored security and stability and help reconstruct these areas.

The Governor, meeting Head of the Diocese of Aleppo for the Armenian Orthodox, Bishop Shahan Sarkisian said that the Armenians are an important part of the social fabric, emphasizing that the governorate is ready and keen to provide all the necessary facilitations for the displaced people from Aleppo.

In turn, Bishop Sarkisian added that the visit to Tartous showed that the displaced people live in a state of security, stressing the adherence of the Armenians to the Syrian people.
