Terrorists breach cessation of hostilities 5 times within 24 hours

Lattakia, SANA, Terrorist organizations breached cessation of hostilities agreement in Syria 5 times during the last 24 hours to raise the total number of breaches to 495 since February, the Russian coordination center has said.

The cessation of hostilities agreement, which came into effect on 27 February, does not include Jabhat al-Nusra, ISIS terrorist organizations and other groups listed by the UN as terrorist organizations.
The center, based in Hemeimim airbase, said in a statement Saturday, that three of the
breaches were observed in Aleppo and two in Lattakia, pointing out that terrorists of the so called “Ahrar al-Sham” shelled three times Al-Zahra’a neighborhood in Aleppo with mortar rounds, and two towns in Lattakia province twice.
“Terrorists of Jabhat Al-Nusra continued aggression against military positions in Aleppo vicinity, targeted Al-Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood, and Al-Nayrab airport in Aleppo city twice”, the center said, affirming that the Syrian army inflicted heavy losses upon Al-Nusra terrorists who tried to attack Al-Sheikh Maqsoud starting from Al-Ashrafiya town, and forced them to retreat.
