President al-Assad issues legislative decree to improve judiciary quality

Damascus, SANA – President Bashar al-Assad issued on Sunday Legislative Decree no. 9 for 2016 on amending Article 15 of Law no. 23 regarding the terms for accepting students who apply for the Higher Judicial Institute contest.

The decree aims at improving the performance of the judiciary and supplying the judiciary system with high-qualified cadres.
