Students evacuated from terrorists-besieged Yarmouk camp to take exams

Damascus, SANA Students of Secondary School (high school) in the terrorists-besieged Yarmouk Camp neighborhood, in Damascus, have been evacuated through Yalda route on Monday to take exams.

Besieged by terrorists since 2012, the neighborhood, which is located at the southern
Damascus, came under an attack last April, this time by terrorists of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS), in cahoots with Jabhat al-Nusra.

The evacuation was carried out by the General Authority for Palestine Arab Refugees (GAPAR) and the United Nations Relief and Work Agency (UNRWA), supported by the Syrian government and the Higher Committee for Relief.

GAPAR Director-General Ali Mustafa told SANA that the students, and those who accompanied them, will be fully taken care of.
