Damascus, SANA – Activities of the 1st Syrian Education and Training Expo kicked off on Tuesday with the participation of dozens of universities, institutes, and educational and training centers.
Minister of Higher Education Mohammad Amer al-Mardini underlined the importance of holding such an expo in light of the current circumstances in the country as it shows that the higher education system is persevering in the face of adversity, adding that the participation of the Syrian state and private universities reflects the diversity and variety of this sector in Syria.
The establishments participating in the three-day expo will showcase the services and activities they provide and the various educational opportunities they present to students, which will help students to learn more about those services and the academic options available to them.
