Milan, SANA- Head of the Syrian Exporters’ Federation (SEF), Mohammad al-Sawah asserted Thursday that raising Syrian flag all over the Italian city of Milan during the exhibition of “Milan Expo 2015” granted the participated Syrian companies strength and enhanced their positions.
The exhibition of “Milan Expo 2015″ kicked off last Friday under the logo” The planet’s Food… an energy for life”, and is scheduled to be continued for six months.
On the sideline of the exhibition, al-Sawah hailed the exhibition as a world and economic event in which the investors, researchers, artists and specialists gather, asserting that the participation in such exhibition contributes to raising awareness and motivating arguments on the issues of food safety, health and energy.
He added that this exhibition is giving room for the Syrian companies specialized in the aforementioned fields to show and promote their products in addition to attend the meetings , symposium and the parallel activities aiming at awakening initiatives and solutions which positively reflect on the participant countries’ economies.
Al-Sawah highlighted SEF keenness to continue participating in the external exhibitions and promoting the national industries which begin to refresh thanks to the Syrian Arab army efforts to establish security and stability in the areas of production and industrialization.
SEF has participated during the past period in a number of exhibitions held in Moscow, Beirut, Baghdad, Sudan and other countries, contributing to reclaiming the Syrian product to the fore.
