Syria-Spain talks to enhance tourism cooperation between the two countries

Damascus, SANA- Tourism Minister Mazen al-Salhani discussed on Sunday with the chargé d’affaires of Spanish Embassy in Damascus, Antonio Gonzalez Sabala, prospects for enhancing cooperation between the two countries, particularly in the tourism sector.

During the meeting held at the Ministry’s headquarters, al-Salhani indicated that there are previous agreements with Spain in the field of tourism, which will be renewed.

In turn, Gonzalez Sabala expressed his country’s readiness to support the tourism sector in Syria, noting that efforts will be made to coordinate tourist trips between the two countries.
