Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued a decree on creating an award of appreciation to be given for those who demonstrated courage and dedication and contributed to averting dangers from citizens, their property, or from State property.
The Award entitled “State Appreciation Award for Courage and Giving” is also in recognition of those who carried out rescue operations and provided assistance in cases of natural disasters.
According to the decree, it is not allowed to produce the Award without a permission from the Presidency of the Republic, and it is also strictly prohibited to imitate it or place it in stores.
