Moscow: Western money to finance Ukrainian cyber activity are stolen by the Kiev regime

Moscow, SANA- Russian Foreign Ministry announced on Friday that the money sent by Western countries to the Kiev regime to finance its information and cyber activities against Russia is being stolen in Kiev.

“Groups of hackers trained in Anglo-Saxon countries and hackers are being sent to Ukraine to engage in anti-Russian activities, and strong technical and financial assistance is being allocated in this context, and of course the allocated funds are being stolen”, RIA Novosti quoted Director of the Department of International Information Security of the MFA of Russia, Mr. Artur Lyukmanov as saying.

Lyukmanov suggested that the US allocates a large portion of the Cyber Command budget to support Ukrainian cybersecurity.

Earlier, Lyukmanov stated to Newsweek magazine that the US seeks a direct clash between the great powers in the cyber field.
