Kuwait,SANA- Kuwaiti Emiri Diwan announced on Saturday the demise of His Highness Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah at 86 age.
“We announce to the Kuwaiti people, the Arab and Muslim nations and friendly people the demise of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah who passed away on Saturday”, Kuwaiti media quoted the Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs, Muhammad Al-Abdullah, as saying in a statement.
Sheikh Nawaf was born on June 25, 1937, assumed the reins of power as Emir of Kuwait State on September 29, 2020, and assumed the crown prince on February 20, 2006.
