Under the patronage of President al-Assad, a new batch of “Command and Staff Course” graduated

Damascus, SANA- Under the patronage of Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Armed Forces, President Bashar al-Assad, a celebration was held Thursday at the Higher Military Academy to graduate the 38th course of “Command and Staff Officers”.

President al-Assad was represented at the ceremony  by Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Armed Forces, Defense Minister, General Ali Mahmoud Abbas.

General Abbas delivered a speech in which he conveyed President al-Assad’s greetings to the graduates, wishing them success while performing their national duty in defending the homeland.

Minister Abbas stressed that our military institution is a role model for discipline and national belonging.
