Beijing, SANA-The Syrian olympic football team has been drawn with Uzbekistan, Hong Kong, Afghanistan in Group C for the 19th Asian Games scheduled to be held in China next September.
The draw for four team sports (handball, sepak takraw, volleyball and football) at the 19th Asian Games was conducted in Hangzhou, China on Thursday, July 27.
The top two teams of each group and the four best third-placed teams across all groups will progress to the round of 16.
The 19th Asian Games is slated from September 23 to October 8 2023 in Hangzhou, China.
