Russian Embassy in Washington: The US statements about cluster munitions are a clumsy attempt to justify their provocations

Washington, SANA-The Russian Embassy in Washington stressed that the American officials’ statements about Ukraine cautious use of cluster munitions is a clumsy attempt to justify their provocations acts.

“Everyone followed the development of the conflict knew that Kiev is using US military aid to destroy civilian targets in a way to intimidating us and eliminating the largest possible number of Russians,” as the embassy quoted the Novosti agency as saying in a statement.

The embassy added that we will not set expectations about the number of civilians casualties, including Ukrainians, who will fall when the Kiev criminals start using American cluster munitions.. undoubtedly the Ukrainian forces will not commit by any restrictions when choosing targets because they are in a state of despair due to the heavy losses and inability to achieve success on the front.”.
