Arab Parliament: Syria’s return to Arab League serves common Arab interest

Cairo, SANA- The Arab Parliament has welcomed the decision of the Arab foreign ministers to resume Syria’s participation in the meetings of the Arab League Council.

In a statement posted on its website, the parliament stated that this decision comes in line with the common Arab interest and fraternal relations that unite all Arab peoples, and will contribute to strengthening and preserving the territorial integrity of Syria.

The statement noted that this step is a positive development and an important step to enhance Arab-Arab cooperation to solve the crisis in Syria.
