Syrian football team beats Thai counterpart in a friendly match 3-1  

Abu Dhabi, SANA- The Syrian national football team beat its Thai counterpart 3-1, in a friendly match held Saturday at Maktoum Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Stadium in Dubai.

The first goal for the Syrian team came through Omar Al-Somah in the 26th minute, before the Thai team scored a goal in stoppage time in the first half.

The second goal for the Syrian team was scored by Omar Khrebin in the 52 minute of the match and the third goal was by Mohammad al-Hallaq in the 85 minute of the match.

This match comes as a part of the training camp that the Syrian team is currently conducting in the United Arab Emirates(UAE), as the team will play a second friendly match next Tuesday with its Bahraini counterpart in Manama.
