Moscow, SANA- The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the civilian areas of Ukraine are not targets of Russian forces’ strikes during the special military operation to protect Donbass.
“Our forces, together with the forces of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, are systematically carrying out all the tasks set for the liberation of Donbass, the demilitarization of Ukraine and the elimination of threats from its territory to Russia”,Director of the Second Department of the CIS Countries of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Alexei Bolchuk, was quoted by Novosti News Agency as saying.
Bolchuk stressed that the civilian areas and the civilian population of Ukraine are not targets of strikes or targets.
Bolchuk said that what was targeted in Kremenchuk have weapons depots from the west and not a shopping mall.
