Abu Dhabi, SANA-Syria’s Ambassador in United Arab Emirates, Ghassan Abbas, discussed on Wednesday with director-General of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) Francesco La Camera means of boosting cooperation in renewable energy sector and its applications to achieve Syrian national visions and targets.
On the sidelines of Syria’s participation in the 23rd session of IRENA council, the two sides held talks on Syria’s national priorities in the alternative energy and projects being applied in Syria.
The two sides stressed the importance of reaching appropriate cooperation factors that meet Syria’s needs and providing support for the renewable energy projects in the country.
