Budapest, SANA- Hungary reiterated that it would not send or allow the passage of arms to Ukraine through its territory, expressing readiness to host peace talks to solve the Ukrainian crisis with the participation of Russia.
“We have working relations with Russia and since the beginning of the war, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban had a conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin on his own initiative and suggested that Budapest be a venue for any peace talks,” Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto told País newspaper.
Szijjarto stressed that his country does not want the Hungarian-Ukrainian border to become a transit point for weapons, and that it will not send and will not allow the passage of weapons through its territory.
