Syria records 42 new coronavirus cases on Sunday, 3 fatalities

Damascus, SANA- 42 new Covid-19 related cases were registered in Syria, in addition to 255 recoveries and 3 deaths, the Health Ministry said on Sunday

A statement by the ministry showed that the total tally of the coronavirus cases reported in Syria has reached 50,985, of which 36,203 have recovered, while 2,968 have passed away.

On March 22^nd 2020, the first coronavirus case was reported in Syria a person who came from abroad.
