Syrian engineer invents wind turbine to produce energy  

Sweida, SANA- Young mechanical engineer, Diaa al-Abdullah, invented a new design of a wind turbine with the aim of producing energy for a small project company to manufacture wind turbines in order to producing renewable and alternative electric energy, particularly in light of the lack of its resources.

Diaa, a 32 year-old young from Salem town in Sweida, has been able through his project to provide a number of job opportunities.

He stressed the significance of his project to face the lack of energy resources and the impacts of the war.

Diaa depends on the availability of wind especially in winter season in several areas of the province, using  solar energy.
