92 new Covid-19 cases, 6 fatalities reported in Syria

Damascus, SANA- 92 new coronavirus cases, 115 recoveries and 6 fatalities were recorded in Syria, the Health Ministry said on Tuesday.

A statement by the ministry showed that the total number of coronavirus infections registered in the country has reached up to 48,801, of which 29,965 have recovered while 2,788 have passed away.

The first coronavirus case was detected in Syria was on March 22^nd last year in a person who came from abroad, while the first death was reported a week later.
