Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will slightly drop, yet they will stay from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general with a chance for showers over the southeastern regions, according to the bulletin of the Meteorology Department.
At night, the weather will be relatively cold in most regions, and fog is expected during the early morning hours in the central and al-Qalamoun regions.
The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a low to moderate speed and some active gusts, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The bulletin added that the temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows; Damascus 30/15, Daraa 33/15, Homs 31/14, Hasaka 31/15, Tartous 29/19, Aleppo 32/14, Deir Ezzor 33/10.
