People’s Assembly condemns US unjust blockade on Cuba

Damascus, SANA-People’s Assembly on Thursday condemned in the strongest terms the US unjust blockade and the illegitimate, unilateral measures policy imposed on the friendly people of Cuba.

“The blockade and unjust measures imposed on Cuba since more than 60 years represent a flagrant violation of UN charter, human rights and humanitarian international laws,” the Council said in a statement.

The statement condemned the US flagrant intervention in Cuba’s domestic affairs.
