Aleppo, SANA – Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Antioch and All East John X Yazigi said that the Syrians are one big united family.
During his meeting with Governor of Aleppo Mohammad Marwan Olabi and head of Aleppo branch for the al-Baath Arab Socialist Party Ahmad Saleh Ibrahim on the occasion of Christmas, Patriarch Yazigi hailed the steadfastness of the residents of Aleppo in defense of their homeland.
He wished the Syrian people, army, and leadership a merry Christmas, adding that with the sacrifices of the Syrian army and the wisdom of President Bashar al-Assad, Syria will manage to achieve victory and rebuild what was destroyed by terrorism.
