President al-Assad issues decree that exempts investors at free zones in Aleppo from fines of occupancy returns until end of 2011

Damascus, SANA-President Bashar Al-Assad issued on Tuesday Decree No. 114 for 2021 that exempts investors at General Establishment for Free Zones in Aleppo from fines due on occupancy returns until December 31, 2011.

The decree also exempted depositors from the returns and interests due as of the beginning of 2012.
