President al-Assad issues decree exempting student loans from all fees and stamps

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued on Tuesday Legislative Decree No. 4 for 2021, that exempts student loans granted by the Student Credit Fund from all fees and stamps.

President al-Assad had instructed the Cabinet to provide a financial assistance to the Student Credit Fund account with a value of five billion and two hundred million SYP, raising the fund’s total capital to 6 billion SYP.
