Temperatures to rise, frost expected on mountain heights at night

Damascus, SANA-Temperatures will remain from 2 to 5 degrees above average in most regions as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the weather will be partly cloudy in general, warning of frost at night on the mountain heights and fog in some interior regions, and the wind will be northwest between light and moderate, and the sea will be low high.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus,19/5, Daraa 19/6, Homs 19/4, Hasaka 19/5, Tartous 22/10, Aleppo 19/5, Deir Ezzor20/6.
