Okamura criticizes illegitimate interventions of US and Erdogan’s regime in Syria

Prague, SANA- Deputy Speaker of the Czech House of Representatives, Chairman of the Movement for Freedom and Direct Democracy, Tomio Okamura, criticized the illegitimate interference of the United States and the Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s regime in Syria.

In an interview with Czech TV on Sunday, Okamura indicated that the US and Turkish military presence on Syrian territory is illegitimate, since it has been without any authorization from the United Nations or an invitation by the legitimate Syrian government, contrary to the Russian presence.

He stressed that the United States negatively affects the developments in the Middle East and North Africa, noting that due to these interventions, Europe has suffered from a massive immigration crisis.

Okamura stressed that the US presidential elections revealed the state of chaos that the United States is experiencing, and also proved the end of the image presented by the United States as a country that teaches other countries what democracy is and which imposes its will on others through threatening to use military force or through using it.
