Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain around or slightly above average for this period of the year as the country is affected by a superficial low air coming from the southeast and accompanied by northwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds, while at night, the weather will be pleasant with high humidity in the western regions.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a light to moderate speed and active gusts sometimes and it will be accompanied with dusty conditions in inland areas while the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follow: Damascus 20/36, Daraa 19/35, Lattakia 23/33, Homs 21/35, Hasaka 23/39, and Idleb 21/36.
