Damascus, SANA- Temperatures tend to rise a little to become around average for such a period of the year as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by northwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds while at night the weather will be pleasant with a slight cold tendency on the mountains and the humidity will be high in the western regions.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and active gusts sometimes with dusty conditions in the inland areas, while the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syria cities will be as follows: Damascus 35/19, Daraa 36/19, Homs 35/20, Lattakia 33/25, Aleppo 37/20 and Deir Ezzor 38/25.
