Damascus, SANA-A plane of Syrian Airlines arrived in Damascus international Airport on Wednesday coming from Iraq, carrying 249 Syrians who were stranded abroad.
The step comes in light of the decisions of the government team tasked with taking measures to confront coronavirus.
SANA reporter at the Airport said that the passengers were transported via buses to the lockdown centers in Damascus to remain there for 14 days to make sure they are not infected with the coronavirus.
A Syrian Airlines plane with 245 Syrians who had been stranded abroad arrived at Damascus International Airport on Monday morning, coming from Vnukovo International Airport (VKO) in Moscow.
