Damascus, SANA-Temperatures will rise to become from 5 to 7 degrees above average at this period of the year as the country is affected by a high air pressure in all the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with the appearance of some sparse clouds.
The wind will be easterly to southeasterly with a low to moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities as follow: Damascus 24/11, Daraa 24/12, Homs 23/8, al-Hasaka 24/11, Aleppo 24/10, Deir Ezzor 24/14 and Idleb 22/12.
