Damascus, SANA- People’s Assembly Speaker Hammoudeh Sabbagh sent a cable of condolences to Speaker of the Iranian Islamic Shura Council Ali Larijani on the martyrdom of Leader of al-Quds Failaq Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani and a group of the resistant leaders, in which he affirmed condemnation and denunciation of that treacherous U.S. aggression.
In his cable, Sabbagh said “This sacred blood will further enhance the determination of the youths and the honorable men of resistance to continue the approach of those martyrs in resisting the occupation, hegemony and terrorism.”
Sabbagh, on his behalf and on behalf of the members of the People’s Assembly, expressed sincere condolences to the Islamic Shura Council and the brotherly people of Iran and the Iranian leadership, on top Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei and to the relatives of the martyrs.
