Damascus, SANA-Temperatures will drop slightly, yet they will remain from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by a semi-tropical high pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the weather will be relatively hot and the skies will be clear with some scattered clouds while the weather will be hot in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badia “semi-desert” areas and it will be misty sometimes in the eastern region.
The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 38/20, Daraa 36/21, Homs 35/19, Lattakia 32/25, Aleppo 38/22 and Deir Ezzor 43/25.
