Syria and China discuss agricultural cooperation

Beijing, SANA – Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform Ahmad al-Qadiri discussed with his Chinese counterpart Han Changfu prospects of bilateral cooperation between Syria and China, particularly in the field of agricultural technologies.

The meeting held at the Beijing-based Chinese Agriculture Ministry HQ topics of common interests as the two sides agreed on developing a protocol for agricultural cooperation between Syria and China.

The two sides also agreed on boosting bilateral cooperation in the fields of agricultural technologies and scientific research as well as exchanging expertise.
