Damascus, SANA – Prime Minister Imad Khamis on Tuesday discussed with Lebanese Agriculture Minister Hassan al-Laqis cooperation between the two countries in agriculture, trade, investment, and reconstruction.
Premier Khamis stressed the need to expand agricultural cooperation between Syria and Lebanon, as well as revising previous agreements and signing new ones, enhancing cooperation in transit and marketing agricultural products.
For his part, al-Laqis said the visit will help set a mutual vision for increasing agricultural and commercial cooperation, stressing the need to expand cooperation in the fields of economy and transport.
